Discounts are available for multiple pets and litters.

Without a consultation or vaccination, microchipping is $91.

  • We provide cat and dog vaccinations in the comfort of your own home. By choosing a mobile vet for your pet's vaccinations, you can help ensure that your pet is protected against preventable diseases and can enjoy a healthy life.

  • Cats: Please ensure your cat is indoors in an enclosed space such as a toilet, office or laundry room. If you intend to keep your cat in the bedroom, please ensure it cannot hide under the bed or inside wardrobes.

Dogs: Please keep your dog’s harness or collar on and a lead nearby. If you have multiple dogs which are excitable, please keep them separate in an enclosed area so we can conduct a thorough physical examination smoothly. Large and medium-sized dogs will be weighed in the consult room in the van.

Unfortunately, no vets in Hervey Bay provide 24 hour monitoring at this stage.

  • We aim to arrive within the hour of the timeframe booked.

in the unlikely scenario of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergencies), we may run late and you will be notified as soon as possible.

  • All medications are provided. In the unlikely case we are unable to provide the medication, they will be delivered complimentary (in Hervey Bay 4655) within 48 hours.

  • Once we arrive, the full euthanasia procedure will be explained to you based on your interest and comfort level.

The euthanasia process begins with sedation (which may have a mild sting) to provide a fear-free, pain-free, and stress-free experience. The sedation will work in about 10 minutes and your pet will drift off to sleep.

Once fully asleep and comfortable, an intravenous catheter is placed. In very rare cases where your pet has heart disease, dehydration, vomiting, diarrhoea, or poor blood pressure, it may require more than 1 attempt to establish intravenous access (i.e. place a catheter).
